Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Handle enquiries from prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property site visits and provide detailed project information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
