Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Performance Marketing Trainer to lead training sessions at our new center. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners with practical skills in digital marketing, campaign optimization, and analytics, ensuring they are industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training modules on performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Display, and Affiliate Marketing).
- Provide hands-on guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Train participants in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and performance measurement techniques.
- Develop case studies, assignments, and live project simulations for practical exposure.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into training content.
- Mentor and evaluate learners to ensure skill development and job readiness.
Requirements
- Minimum graduate degree; specialization in Marketing/Business preferred.
- Proven experience in performance marketing (agency or corporate background).
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Prior training/mentorship experience is an added advantage.
