Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers from Ernakulam.
- Track and monitor incoming payments.
- Process and reconcile customer accounts regularly.
- Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding balances.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
- Maintain updated and accurate billing records.
- Generate billing and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
