Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend-focused web applications and services, with a strong emphasis on stability, performance, and long-term maintainability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, well-structured code, participating in system design and architecture discussions, reviewing code, and troubleshooting production issues. The role involves collaborating closely with a small team of engineers to refine requirements, improve workflows, and enhance existing systems rather than only adding new features. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work, contribute to technical decisions, and think in terms of complete systems and trade-offs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in large codebases.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and continuous integration workflows.
- Ability to analyze and debug production issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.
- Effective communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or distributed systems is a plus.
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
