Position: IBM Sterling OMS Developer

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) development and implementation.
- Strong experience working with IBM Sterling OMS and Omnichannel solutions, including enterprise-scale implementations and customizations.
- Develop and customize Call Center and Store-facing User Interfaces within the Sterling Omnichannel platform.
- Strong programming expertise in Java, with the ability to develop scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Angular 13+ for front-end development, UI customization, and integration with backend services.
- Strong understanding of XML and JSON, including data structures, transformation, processing, and integration requirements.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and web services to support OMS and omnichannel business processes.
- Experience working with microservices-based architectures and modern application integration patterns.
- Understanding of secure integration patterns, authentication, authorization, API security, and enterprise application connectivity.
- Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex OMS issues, optimize solutions, and contribute to successful end-to-end delivery and production support.
