About the Role
UBTECK is an Engineering Manufacturing company looking for a versatile and multitasking Office Assistant to join our team. Please note: This is NOT an IT company.
We are looking for a candidate who can efficiently handle administrative work, customer communication, coordination, documentation, and other office-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, hardworking, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
This role also includes regular outdoor assignments such as visits to banks, courier offices, government offices, vendors, customers, and other business-related locations. Therefore, owning a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory. Candidates with their own vehicle will only be considered for this position.
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willingness to handle both office-based and outdoor responsibilities.
- Must own a personal two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
