We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing medical emergencies, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and assessments.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions.
- Provide emergency and first-line medical care when required.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Handle inpatient and outpatient medical cases.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in health education and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Assist in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, and patient safety programs.
Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
