Position: Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our education programs, generate leads, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote the organization's courses and services.
- Generate quality leads and support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Execute field marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Admissions teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate records of field visits.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Palakkad and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Preferred Skills
- Field marketing or B2B marketing experience.
- Education or EdTech industry experience is an added advantage.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
