Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive In-House Lawyer to manage the company's legal matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and risk management activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or corporate legal matters and be capable of providing strategic legal guidance to support business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Prepare and vet construction contracts, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, lease agreements, and purchase orders.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, commercial, and construction-related laws and regulations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the company's operations.
- Advise management on legal risks and compliance requirements.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Handle legal notices, claims, disputes, and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and legal authorities.
- Represent the company before government authorities, tribunals, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Manage arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings.
Corporate Legal Matters
- Support corporate governance activities and statutory compliance.
- Review company policies and procedures from a legal perspective.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
Real Estate & Construction Legal Support
- Review property documents, title reports, development agreements, and land-related documentation.
- Support project teams on legal matters related to permits, approvals, and construction contracts.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisitions and project developments.
Risk Management
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Provide legal opinions and practical solutions to business teams.
- Support management in strategic business decisions from a legal perspective.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree (LLM) is an added advantage.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- 5–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or corporate sectors.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Property Law, and Commercial Law.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with RERA, land acquisition processes, and construction-related regulations.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation systems.

Pay: ₹9,638.31 - ₹25,738.48 per month
