Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the South Region. The role involves driving admissions and revenue growth, managing the sales team, supporting recruitment, and conducting training programs to enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales and admission targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Develop sales strategies and expand business opportunities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Conduct induction, sales, and product training.
- Monitor team performance, sales reports, and MIS.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the EdTech or Education industry.
- Experience in recruitment, team management, and sales training is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in admissions, business development, and CRM.
- Knowledge of recruitment and employee training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel across the South Region.
Language Requirement
- Mandatory: Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is an added advantage.
Compensation & Incentives
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance. Performance-Based Incentives:
Achieve 50 admissions: ₹10,000 incentive.
Achieve 100 admissions: ₹20,000 incentive.
