The Relationship Manager will be the direct face representing the company and will be responsible for developing and strengthening client relationship providing excellent customer service and add value to the client. - Build & Strengthen Brand Club Millionaire in respective Geography
- Nurture existing relationships to deepen the existing wallet share and work with Head of Client Relations to acquire new clients.
- Grow existing portfolio by expanding the reach, creating pipeline of new-to-clients and onboarding them successfully.
- Understand client requirements, ensure timely execution of action plans and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience :
- MBA in any field from a reputed institute. Certified Financial Planners will be given preference.
- 8 years of experience in a client handling role in any of the related financial services industries like Investment Management, Portfolio Management, Banking.
- Exceptional customer service skills including attention to detail, problem-solving approach, negotiation skills, prioritization ability, diplomacy and most importantly patience.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices & Salesforce.
- Keen interest in financial, banking products and equity markets including the ability to research and analyze the data and related information.
