Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – US Healthcare Process to manage and lead a team supporting healthcare operations such as medical billing, claims processing, or provider services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare executives/associates
- Monitor daily operations and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met
- Handle escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
- Prepare reports and track team productivity and quality metrics
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare (Medical Billing / AR / Claims / RCM)
- 1+ year experience as a Team Leader / SME / Senior Role
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, and insurance workflows
- Experience with tools like Epic, Kareo, Athena, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
