Position: Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate the store team to deliver high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and vendors for stock availability.
- Train new team members on store operations, customer service, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and loss prevention measures.
- Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store events.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel, toys, baby products, or FMCG.
- Experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on public holidays.
Salary
As per company standards and based on experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
