Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative activities, maintain office records, and ensure smooth office operations. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration activities.
- Maintain files, documents, and office records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and couriers.
- Maintain stationery and office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in arranging meetings and maintaining meeting schedules.
- Prepare basic reports and data entry in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Support HR and Accounts with administrative tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of office premises.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Polite, responsible, and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
