You will spend most of your time on:
● Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, ASA, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
● Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates, ensuring campaigns meet growth and efficiency targets.
● Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
● Collaborate with the founder‑led marketing team to align campaigns with overall strategy and business goals.
● Oversee marketing creatives (ads, visuals, copy, playables) to ensure they are engaging and effective—creativity is a plus.
● Run A/B tests and experiment with new campaign ideas to continuously improve performance.
● Prepare concise reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and learnings to senior management.
What we want to see in your experience:
● 2+ years of experience in Performance marketing (must)
● Proven success in managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable results.
● Strong analytical skills to track ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other performance metrics.
● Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
● Experience collaborating within a founder‑led marketing function.
● Creativity in overseeing marketing creatives.
