About the Role
Chargeinfra is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to support our commercial and residential construction projects across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in land surveying, site measurements, and layout execution while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographical, boundary, contour, and layout surveys for commercial and residential projects.
- Perform site measurements, marking, and setting out works as per approved drawings.
- Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
- Prepare and verify survey reports, maps, drawings, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure accurate execution of works.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, and related instruments.
- Verify project coordinates, levels, alignments, and dimensions during execution.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in site measurements and layouts.
- Support quantity verification and assist in project progress tracking.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor in commercial and residential construction projects.
- Experience handling projects across Karnataka is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Total Station, AutoCAD, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Required Skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
