Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly fundraising targets by engaging with individual donors and presenting the organization's mission through calls.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and sponsors to encourage continued support.
· Draft grant proposals, fundraising documentation, pitch decks, and other donor communication materials.
· Coordinate with the program team to understand ongoing projects and fundraising requirements.
· Represent the organization during donor calls, meetings, and fundraising interactions.
