About the Role
Angroos is looking for an Accountant & Customer Handling Executive to manage basic accounting activities, customer interactions, billing, and day-to-day showroom support.
The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounting and billing activities
- Manage sales entries, purchase entries, and invoice preparation
- Maintain daily accounts and transaction records
- Assist with payment follow-ups and basic financial coordination
- Handle store customers and support walk-in sales enquiries
- Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, and direct showroom visits
- Coordinate with team members for order updates and customer requirements
- Support online enquiry conversion and customer follow-ups
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of bills and records
- Assist in stock checking and basic store coordination when required
- Maintain professional communication with customers and clients
Required Skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, or billing software is preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage enquiries and coordinate with customers
- Basic sales and enquiry conversion skills
- Good phone communication and chatting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Friendly and responsible personality
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Fast learner with good organizational skills
- Prior experience in accounts, billing, showroom handling, or customer service is an advantage
