Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Requirements
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture
1–2 years of experience in construction projects, BIM coordination, or project
execution
Basic to intermediate knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks,
AutoCAD, or similar platforms
Understanding of construction drawings, project execution, and site
coordination
Familiarity with quantity take-off, BOQ, and project documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and project teams
Willingness to travel for project requirements across India and overseas
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling project coordination and execution activities
Understanding of construction workflows and quality standards
Exposure to digital project management tools and BIM processes
Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination will be an added
advantage
Good presentation and reporting capability
