Title : Digital Marketing Manager – Influencer Marketing & Digital Marketing
We are a fast-growing Influencer Marketing & Digital Marketing startup helping brands grow through influencer campaigns, creator collaborations, social media marketing, and innovative digital solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to drive business growth, manage brand partnerships, acquire new clients, and build strong relationships with brands and marketing teams.
Note: Prior experience in Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing industry is mandatory.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, pitching digital marketing solutions, and driving revenue growth through influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Find potential clients including brands, startups, agencies, and corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, founders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend influencer marketing and digital marketing solutions.
- Plan and present campaign strategies, proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Manage client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Drive client acquisition and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal influencer marketing and campaign execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Proven ability in lead generation, sales conversion, and business development.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently working in Influencer Marketing Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, or Creative Agencies.
- Candidates with existing brand/client relationships will be preferred.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
