About the Role
StartupKare is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and business owners to understand their requirements and recommend the right business consultancy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, WhatsApp campaigns, social media, and networking activities.
- Connect with startups, MSMEs, traders, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs to promote the company's services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business registration, compliance, funding, and consultancy services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals while ensuring timely follow-ups until successful closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
- Participate in business networking events and generate new business opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage customer referrals and reviews.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Com preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi with basic English communication.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a successful career in sales.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, email, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Jaipur for client meetings when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of GST, Company Registration, Trademark, MSME, Startup Ecosystem, or Government Schemes will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
