Role Description The Field Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati Urban, responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery across multiple client locations. This position manages field teams, schedules, and resources to ensure that integrated facility management, security, cleaning, and other outsourced services meet contractual and quality standards. The role involves monitoring operational performance, conducting site inspections, enforcing safety and compliance protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Field Operations Manager will coordinate with clients to understand requirements, resolve service issues, and maintain strong relationships, while collaborating with internal departments for staffing, training, and logistics. The role also includes reporting on key operational metrics, managing budgets and cost controls, and ensuring timely execution of projects and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in field operations management, preferably within facility management, business support services, or related industries.
- Strong skills in team leadership, workforce supervision, and stakeholder management to coordinate on-site staff and client relationships.
- Ability to manage schedules, allocate resources, and oversee multiple sites while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in basic operations reporting, documentation, and use of digital tools or software for tracking services and performance.
- Sound understanding of safety practices, statutory compliance, and quality management principles relevant to facilities and services management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in operations management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with certified systems (e.g., EMS, QMS, OH&S) and exposure to security or PSARA-licensed services is an advantage.
