Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and reach out to prospective customers to promote life insurance products that align with their financial goals. Advisor Recruitment & Training: Identify, recruit, and mentor a team of Insurance Advisors. Provide them with necessary product knowledge and sales training to ensure their success. Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable insurance plans (Term, ULIP, Endowment, etc.). Portfolio Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders to ensure high persistence rates and assist with renewals or claims. Sales Strategy: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active lead generation and market mapping. Compliance: Ensure all business practices adhere to IRDAI guidelines and company ethical standards.
