Responsibilities: -
Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines.
Load and unload raw materials.
Read engineering drawings and production specifications.
Adjust cutting parameters such as power, speed, and gas pressure.
Monitor cutting quality and machine performance.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Follow workplace safety procedures.
Typical Skills Required
Knowledge of CNC and laser cutting machines.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Understanding of different metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Qualifications: -
ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical training (often preferred).
Experience with fiber laser machines from brands such as Trumpf
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
