We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensure system security, and support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, Windows Server environments, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and storage systems.
- Configure, monitor, and administer Windows Server environments.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across systems.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPN, and Firewalls.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
