Job Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved, and maintaining productivity, quality, and discipline. The role involves supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and reporting performance to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the team.
- Ensure team members meet productivity and quality targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor work progress.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and team performance.
- Resolve operational issues and support team members.
- Prepare daily reports and update management.
- Ensure safety policies and company procedures are followed.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
