MS .NET Full Stack Tech Lead
Experience: 10+ Years
.NET 8, C#, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, Material UI, CSS, Git, Azure, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Tech Lead to lead technical design and development of scalable enterprise applications using .NET 8, Microservices, React, and Azure. The role will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and hands-on development while ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
- Lead the technical design and development of .NET 8, C#, and Microservices applications.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, architecture, and development best practices.
- Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Build modern UI applications using React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Material UI.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
- Lead cloud development and deployment using Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor senior and junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with client development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning.
- Guide the team in effective usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity and code quality.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET 8+, C#, REST APIs, Microservices, React, Redux, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS services including App Services, Functions, AKS, and API Management.
- Experience with OAuth, JWT, Azure AD, Redis, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
- Experience with code-quality/security tools such as SonarQube/Sonar and Veracode.
- Hands-on experience using and guiding teams on AI-assisted development tools.
OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ArgoCD, Redis, Azure Functions, Kubernetes/AKS, and observability tools.
BE/ME/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong technical leadership, architecture and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, mentoring capability, stakeholder collaboration, attention to quality, and ability to simplify complex technical problems.
