About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to work closely with the Founder in managing investor relations, fundraising initiatives, and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about startups, venture capital, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant investors, venture capital firms, angel investors, founders, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain investor databases, CRM pipelines, and outreach trackers
- Coordinate investor outreach, introductions, and follow-up communications
- Track conversations and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders
- Schedule and manage meetings with investors, founders, and partners
- Prepare meeting notes, briefing documents, and progress reports
- Conduct market, industry, founder, and fund research
- Support strategic partnership and ecosystem-building initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and ensure no active opportunity is missed
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in startups, fundraising, venture capital, and business strategy
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, LinkedIn, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Laptop is mandatory
