Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Finance, ERP, and business process consulting, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
Lead/support end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
Configure NetSuite modules based on business needs and industry best practices.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and automation.
Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and project status meetings.
Perform NetSuite administration activities, including user setup, role management, and deployment of enhancements.
Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills:
5+ years of relevant NetSuite Functional Consulting experience.
Minimum 3–4 end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
Strong expertise in R2R, O2C, P2P, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets (FAM), General Ledger, COA, Multi-Book Accounting, AP, AR, Intercompany Accounting, Advanced Financials, and Reporting.
Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Software, or Financials.
Knowledge of Project Management, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Advanced Revenue Management is an added advantage.
Experience in client management, UAT, training, and stakeholder communication.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
