Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage our College Connect Program (CWW) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing program, managing teams, building partnerships with colleges & institutes , and working towards placement outcomes for youth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor the day-to-day activities of the program team
- Ensure effective mobilization, training quality, and student placements
- Build and maintain partnerships with colleges across Mumbai
- Engage with employers for student placement opportunities
- Track and achieve placement and training targets
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership
- Travel across Mumbai as per program needs
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Preferred: Experience in NGO/social development sector
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a managerial or similar leadership role
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Team handling and performance monitoring experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with field visits and extensive travel in Mumbai
Compensation:
- ₹50,000 per month
- Travel and Mobile Allowance provided separately
- 5-day working week (Mon–Fri)
