1. Plan, organise and monitor production activities to achieve production targets.
2. Manage production of self adhesive tapes, labels, printed labels and related products.
3. Ensure optimum utilisation of Manpower, machines and raw materials.
4. Monitor printing, coating, slitting, rewinding, die cutting lamination and packaging processes.
5. Maintain product quality as per customer specifications and quality standards.
6. Implement lean lean manufacturing, 5s, KAIZEN etc.
7. Reduce production costs, wastages, rejection and downtime.
8. co-ordinate with quality, Maintenance, planning, purchase and stores departments.
9. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all production equipments.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and environmental regulations.
Required skills
1. Strong knowledge of Tape or label manufacturing process.
2. Knowledge of ISO quality systems and 5s.
Qualification : BE / Diplamo with having 15-20 years of experience.
