Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in HVAC equipment.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical panels, motors, and control systems.
- Monitor the performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain service records and report maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC and electrical maintenance.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical wiring, and control panels.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to maintenance emergencies when required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
