- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking activities.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospective customers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers and existing customers.
- Convert site visits into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Pay: ₹10,661.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month
