Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – Work From Home)
About the Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who understands how to generate measurable business results—not just likes and impressions. If you're passionate about paid campaigns, growth marketing, and scaling brands, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage media buying across multiple digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation and campaign performance through data-driven optimization.
- Handle and grow social media platforms with strategic content planning.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve AI search visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize ROAS, CPL, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO, and digital analytics.
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
