Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff schedules.
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
- Support management in workforce planning and talent retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or Hospital Management preferred.
- 0–2 years of HR experience (hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred).
- Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment processes, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
