Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct preliminary document verification.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
Employee Documentation
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR records.
- Assist in issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records through HRMS.
- Follow up on attendance discrepancies and missing punches.
- Support payroll data preparation and employee information updates.
- Coordinate with employees for salary-related documentation.
HRMS & MIS Management
- Update employee details in HRMS.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee databases.
- Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Support work anniversary, birthday, and recognition programs.
- Help coordinate training and induction sessions.
Compliance & Administration
- Assist in PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation.
- Support HR audits and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience may apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll coordination.
- Exposure to PF, ESIC, and labor compliance processes.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
