The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent across multiple technology domains
Key Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Technical Roles.
- Develop strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Evaluate Resumes, Refresh Job Descriptions, and Post Open Roles.
- Screen and Assess candidates for Technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes.
- Find and Engage Top Talent on Naukri, LinkedIn & Social Media Platforms.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends & Build a Strong Talent Pipeline.
Preferred Skills
- 4+ years of Technical Recruiting Experience.
- Strong understanding of Technical roles and Sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals.
