Role Overview
The Senior Clinical Consultant will function as a Lead Clinical Consultant providing
expert oversight to the medical team.
The core responsibility of this role is to actively participate in patient case discussions,
guide the medical team in managing complex and chronic cases, and ensure every
treatment plan aligns with Research Ayu’s clinical standards and Ayurvedic principles.
This role requires a highly experienced Ayurvedic clinician with strong diagnostic
expertise, treatment planning capabilities, and the ability to mentor doctors through
practical clinical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Guidance & Case Management
● Participate in regular patient case discussions with the medical team
● Guide and resolve complex, chronic, and difficult patient cases
● Review and refine treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and protocol
adherence
● Provide expert clinical direction based on classical Ayurvedic principles
integrated with modern diagnostic understanding
Treatment Standardization
● Support implementation of standardized treatment approaches across clinics
● Ensure consistency in clinical decision-making and patient care quality
Mentorship & Clinical Leadership
● Mentor doctors on diagnosis, patient management, and treatment planning
● Provide ongoing clinical leadership and practical guidance to strengthen medical
quality
Clinical Quality & Outcomes
● Monitor treatment effectiveness and support improvement in patient outcomes
● Encourage a disciplined, protocol-oriented, and patient-centric clinical culture
Qualifications
● BAMS/MD
Experience
● 15+ years of clinical experience in Ayurveda
● Proven expertise in handling chronic, lifestyle, autoimmune, degenerative, and
complex disorders
● Prior experience mentoring or guiding medical teams is highly preferredKey Skills & Attributes

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
