Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data. Execute test cases and ensure high-quality delivery within defined timelines. Identify, log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify gaps. Validate end-to-end user journeys across banking features such as payments, fund transfers, onboarding, and account services. Ensure cross-platform testing (Android, iOS, Web) with consistent user experience. Support UAT cycles and provide necessary QA validations. Participate in defect triage meetings and provide clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
