Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing excellent travel consultation.
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, fixed departures, and customized itineraries.
- Understand clients' travel preferences and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
