GoKite Travel & Tours is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Holiday Consultant to join our growing team in Kannur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with holiday planning, recommending suitable domestic and international travel packages, and providing end-to-end booking support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations.
- Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to design customized holiday itineraries.
- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, along with related travel services.
- Guide customers on visa requirements, travel documentation, destination information, and travel policies.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, quotations, and payment information in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal offers, and new holiday destinations to provide the best recommendations to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday planning, travel consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Good knowledge of popular domestic and international holiday destinations and travel products.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Passion for travel and delivering memorable customer experiences.
