Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Senior Guest Service Associate (Senior GSA) to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, assist in restaurant operations, and support supervisors in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns promptly.
- Set up and maintain restaurant tables, buffet counters, and service stations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service operations.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in the outlet.
- Assist supervisors in training and guiding junior service staff.
- Handle billing procedures and POS operations accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support banquet, conference, and special event operations as required.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel services.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in a star hotel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
