Job Description:
The Musafir Holidays is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing travel team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, selling travel packages, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries (Calls / WhatsApp / Leads)
- Promote and sell domestic & international travel packages
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into bookings
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth bookings
- Update customer details and sales reports
Requirements:
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Email / CRM)
- Sales experience preferred (Travel industry experience is a plus)
- Freshers with confidence can also apply
