AC Technician / Assistant Technician

Job Summary
Velsons Engineering Pvt Limited is looking for motivated and skilled AC Technicians / Assistant Technicians to join our team. We welcome fresh ITI graduates as well as candidates with up to 3 years of HVAC field experience.
The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting with or independently handling the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of residential split air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities For Freshers (0–1 Year Experience)
- Assist senior technicians in AC installation and servicing activities.
- Learn and perform basic HVAC tasks such as:
- Tool handling and maintenance
- Copper pipe bending and flaring
- AC bracket mounting
- Filter cleaning
- Drain flushing and basic maintenance
For Junior Technicians (1–3 Years Experience)
- Perform split AC installation and servicing independently.
- Diagnose AC issues and provide effective solutions.
- Identify refrigerant gas leakages and perform repairs.
- Handle vacuuming and gas charging activities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace at customer locations.
- Handle company tools and equipment responsibly.
- Provide professional and polite service to customers.
- Follow company safety and service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years in HVAC / Split AC servicing.
- Education: ITI Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit to handle field service activities.
- Good discipline and customer service attitude.
