Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations covering Foundry, HPDC, Machining, Quality & Maintenance.
- Drive production, productivity, OEE, quality and on-time delivery targets.
- Optimize HPDC, aluminium casting and CNC machining processes.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, cycle time and manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO, Safety, 5S & EHS standards.
- Lead continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizen & cost-reduction initiatives.
- Manage CAPEX, manpower, budgets and plant resources effectively.
- Develop and lead cross-functional teams; improve employee productivity & accountability.
- Coordinate with Customers, Suppliers and Corporate Management.
- Drive new product development, capacity expansion and process improvements.
- Monitor key plant KPIs and provide MIS/management reports.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Aluminium HPDC / Die Casting / Automotive Manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Foundry & CNC Machining operations.
- Strong P&L, cost control, productivity & operational excellence exposure.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S & Quality systems.
