Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and new business for all types of events: corporate meetings, exhibitions, social events, celebrity-managed events.
· Reach out to potential clients via cold-calls, meetings, networking, follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
· Understand client requirements event type, scale, budget, date, special needs and propose customized event plans aligning with offerings.
· Prepare contracts for clients according to their requirements and company pricing structure, negotiate terms, and close sales.
· Coordinate with internal planning teams to ensure feasibility and smooth hand-over once booking is confirmed.
· Maintain CRM or sales documentation: lead tracking, conversions, client follow-ups, feedback, updated records.
· Achieve assigned sales targets, actively follow up leads, and work towards business development and growth.
· Build and maintain relationships with existing clients,vendors, venue-owners, and other stakeholders for future leads and collaborations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Event Management / Marketing / Hospitality (preferred).
· Candidates with relevant experience in events are welcome.
