Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Representative to handle customer interactions and ensure a smooth buying experience for our jewelry brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, and social media
- Provide product information and assist in purchase decisions
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
- Process orders, returns, and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and feedback
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Prior experience is a plus
- Freshers can also apply
Salary: As per experience
