Job Summary
AVM Labs is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand the company's presence in the healthcare and diagnostics sector.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for business development and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, and healthcare partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Promote AVM Labs' diagnostic services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, follow-ups, and business activities.
- Prepare and submit regular business development reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Life Sciences
- Healthcare Management
- Or any related field
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
- Candidates with experience or interest in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or laboratory services will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA
- Laptop & Mobile Allowance: ₹2,000 per month (included in salary)
- Laptop is mandatory for this role; the company will not provide a laptop.
- Accommodation and food are not provided.
