ARK Infosoft is a growing IT solutions and software development company delivering innovative web, mobile, and digital solutions to clients globally. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller / HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment and HR operations activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in Odoo/HR software.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining formalities.
Support HR operations, office administration, and back-office activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR (Preferred but not mandatory).
Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment Processes.
Experience in Office Administration and Back Office Support.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multitask and manage recruitment activities efficiently.
Positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
Qualification
Any Graduate
MBA (HR) Preferred
