Job Title: Accounts Trainer – GCC & Indian Accounting

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Accounts Trainer – GCC & Indian Accounting to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training to students aspiring for careers in both Indian and GCC accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in accounting practices, taxation, compliance, and accounting software, along with prior teaching or training experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Indian Accounting and GCC Accounting concepts.
- Train students in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and accounting procedures used in Indian and GCC markets.
- Teach GST, TDS, and EPFO concepts, compliance, and practical applications.
- Conduct sessions on GCC VAT regulations and compliance.
- Conduct sessions on GCC Corporate Law relevant to accounting and business operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct practical sessions using accounting software and real-world case studies.
- Stay updated with the latest Indian taxation laws, GCC accounting standards, VAT regulations, and industry practices.
- Mentor students and support them in achieving learning objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of teaching or training experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, GST, TDS, EPFO, GCC VAT, and GCC Corporate Law.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex accounting and taxation concepts for learners.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience in both Indian and GCC accounting will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in accounting, taxation, payroll, or ERP software are preferred.
